Biography

My role as a Chocolate Sommelier is to discover, taste and select the best chocolates, from around the world. This allows me to offer them in tastings, along or alongside drinks or even a meal. Beyond the very product, I like going to visit the people and areas associated with them, cocoa plantations or vineyards for example. With my Chocolate Tours, I offer a moment of surprises and delightful discovery in the heart of Paris.
