If you already love Rome’s city centre during the day, wait to discover how enchanting it can be at night! The best time to enjoy Rome’s city centre is after midnight, when the tourist crowd is gone and –suddenly- the town is quiet, all shops are closed, the monumental squares are empty and Rome’s narrow alleys are deserted. From Coliseum to Saint Peter, the town will be just for us: sipping one beer (or more!) we will wander in the moonlight, hearing our steps on the cobbled streets and enjoying a romantic and truly unique atmosphere made of lights and shadows, moon and stars, historic buildings and enlightened fountains.

I am an urban travel blogger (www.blocal-travel.com) born and raised in Rome. I love to travel, explore a destination off-the-beaten path and enjoy the city as locals do! And, as a host, I wish you enjoy my town in the same way! Let me help you discover the secrets of Rome! My tours are private and tailor-made. Street art, food, weird spots, cemeteries, art galleries, parks, unique shops… Rome has them all! It’s all a matter of knowing where to go and how to avoid turist traps.
